Check your insurance card carefully to see which company provides your behavioral health coverage:

• Many plans contract with other companies for their behavioral health coverage.

• If you are a participant in a program such as DirigoChoice, you are probably covered by Harvard Pilgrim/Health Plans Inc./PacifiCare.  Please call your plan to confirm this before scheduling.

• Many excellent plans by other names are MedNet-affiliated.
